So, this thing has been taken apart and put back together so many times now, I know where everything goes. It has about six different size screws, need a magnifying glass to see them and, it matters where you place them too. Now, everything works apart from I have to improve the wifi signal strength.

Thrilled to bits that I had this in pieces and got it all up and working again. I need a small part which cost about $4.00 to improve the antenna signal but, apart from that….it’s all working fabulously.
I am one happy gadget loving Bren 🙂

Cool, Bren. And here I am dreading putting a custom ROM on mine. Hoping getting the bloatware out will make it useable for another year or two.
DD2!!!!
You make me feel so useless.
I envy a handy person….Great Job!
Loved your Heath Kit I-Phone 55
Thanks for playing, and have a Kick Ass Week-End
I am totally impressed. I could no more do that than fly to the moon. I have trouble even USING a cell phone!!!!! Never mind any of these devices.
It’s amazing what one can accomplish
With a little determination
And a safety pin.
Cheers!

It’s handy to know how to disassemble/reassemble gadgets, but if you’re having to do it constantly, you either need a new gadget, a better gadget, or need to be more careful with the one you’ve got.
Superb stuff – Glad I didn’t see it before I posted mine, though!
Four bucks? Good deal! Keep it up and you can start charging people to do it for them.
That’s great! I can’t wait to see what you do to it next after the signal is fixed.
Worth admiring!
Love/ absolutely-non-technical-sanna 🙂
Lucky you can fix these things I have a hard time even getting it to answer a call!
Got your gadget self another toy you know how to fix, never knew there were so many screws that had to put in their clicks.
