Morning Grace

A busy universal noise
plays all through the galaxy
I spend half the night stargazing
looking back to endless time.

But, it’s not only in our dreams
we peek into other worlds
Here upon this earth
brand new miracles occur
in parts of life we never
take time to see

So many different worlds on this living planet
and, morning’s golden grace arrives.

  1. Here upon this earth
    brand new miracles occur
in parts of life we never
    take time to see

    … so true!

  2. How true! This morning I saw the covey of quail hatched from a clutch of eggs laid in the hull of a dead mesquite a couple weeks back. Little wonders. Little worlds. Little miracles most never see.

  3. Not only did I like this poem, but I wanted to state that I loved it as well
    Here upon this earth
    brand new miracles occur
in parts of life we never
    take time to see
    my favorite lines~Blessings

  4. Isn’t it crazy…sometimes I feel so small, other times like an effing giant. Contmplating what is, its the best full time job a person could have. I loved this message, and that pic is really cool.

  5. That second stanza really taps into the heart of what living is about. Loved these lines:
But, it’s not only in our dreams
    we peek into other worlds..

  6. I’m on the road trip with one of my daughters, and I quickly got on the computer this morning. This is beautiful and is my morning prayer. 🙂

  7. From awake and hearing out into the universe to dreaming and knowing infinity and other visual finities are here too on earth, I wait with you to wake in grace.
    Lovely!

  8. so many miracles in this world that we fail to see…and so many parts of life we fail to take the time to see as well…like the opening too with the universal noise….very cool write bren
