A bridge of thought
spans panoramic skies
where paths go beyond
the black and white of time.
All through night in dream’s reality
the longing stirs
Fountains play a rhapsody
Music in waterfalls which
harmonize the hunger
but it’s there, wrapped inside
the protected ache within
this sleeping sanctuary.
There is no denying
the coming home of
dark to light.
A chill wind greets
Autumn’s insipid grey-blue
without you
words are all I have
footsteps in the frost
my only friend.

love it, nature is magical.
beautiful imagery.
You captured this so nicely yes without the other person we do not have anything to say when we are alone and what is left is the footsteps as they walk away and you can see them in the ground as they leave

Ewww frost that means snow, tell your friend to go go go. I want none of that, it’s too cold for the little rhyming *** of the cat..haha
